Following comprehensive training at the French School of Yoga, I have spent the past ten years teaching yoga, meditation and orchestrating retreats. Drawing inspiration from the famous Indian Yogi T.K.V. Desikachar and Mindfulness Meditation, my approach is holistic. Now located in Omokoroa, New Zealand, I eagerly extend the gift of yoga through classes, workshops and retreats.

Basic

You will progressively explore diverse yoga techniques tailored to your pace, assisted by adaptations and options.

Intermediate

You will deepen a number of techniques and discover new ones. It is an opportunity to develop your yoga practice.

Advanced

It is an opportunity to benefit from the energy of the group, to discover perhaps another approach and also to be able to exchange ideas and experience.
