I have been organising yoga and meditation retreats for over ten years, in France until now. Living in New Zealand, I aim to expand my activity in this beautiful country.

The retreats offered are open to everyone, regardless of experience. They provide an opportunity to discover or deepen your practice of yoga and meditation.

The teaching approach allows each participant to adapt and adjust the exercises according to their own abilities and constraints.

The benefits are varied, including improved flexibility and strength, body awareness, respiratory capacity, stress management, and also work on one’s inner self and personal development.

The locations for the retreats are selected based on criteria such as hospitality, accommodation and practice setting, natural environment, and food.

The groups are kept small to ensure a focused practice environment.

All necessary equipment is provided (mats, cushions, blankets, etc.), and it is of high-quality ecological material.
